Lake Mead RV Village is a mobile home park with RV sites.   Forever Resorts bought this RV Park June of 2003, formerly called Lakeshore Village Trailer Park.  Many changes have taken place since this change.

Lake Mead RV Village is the most convenient location for Lake Mead visitors, closest to people traveling from So. Calif and Arizona areas.  It's located between Boulder City and Henderson, as shown in our map.

Many RV sites have a view of the water as shown to the right.

Although you can beach a boat about 1/2mi. away at the day-use area, you cannot leave a boat overnight on shore.  If you don't want to pull your boat out every night with your RV, slips can be rented at Lake Mead Marina about 2mi away.  This is our recommendation, alleviating the hassle of pulling out your boat.  But if you don't mind pulling it out your can buy gas in Boulder city for less money.

The RV park also has mobile homes, many of them owned by snowbirds.  The national park rules allow mobile home owners to stay in them for a maximum of 6 months a year. This can be 6 consecutive months, or spread out through the year. No year-round permanent residency is allowed.  Some of these units have a magnificent view of the lake, however the water has been rather low for over 10yrs.  The trailer park leases this land for $250-$310/mo, a real bargain if you own one of the mobile homes.  If you're interested in buying one of these mobile homes check with the trailer park office (702) 293-2540, they keep a list of trailers for sale.  These mobile homes range from $25K-$50K depending on the age and condition. You must show up in person at the trailer park to see the listings, they won't help you by email.

If any mobile home owner at Lake Mead RV Village is interested in listing their home for sale, contact Riverlakes Host.  I will post ads on this page.
