National Park Campground - Boulder Beach

For a bigger overview of these close-ups for orientation, click here.

Below is an aerial view of Boulder Beach National Park Campground.  This is basically a dry camping area with tables, fire rings, scattered water spigots, and bathrooms.  Very scenic, but primitive.   See more pictures here.     This campground takes no reservations, it's first come first serve.  Dry camping in Boulder Beach NPS campground is $10/night.  This NPS campground is located right next to the Lakeshore Village RV Park which offers full hookups for those hot evenings when you need to run the RV air conditioning.  Or, if you need some essentials they have a little store inside the office.

LakeShore Village Trailer and RV Park

The LakeShore Village Trailer and RV park runs $30 to $50/night for a space, depending on location.  The majority of this park is occupied by mobile homes where the owners are allowed to live for up to 6mos per year.  No permanent residency is allowed, so this is for snowbirds that go south in the winter.  A portion of the park is for RV's with full hookups.  See more pictures here.

Las Vegas Boat Harbor

Las Vegas Boat Harbor relocated a few years (use to be called Las Vegas Bay Marina) ago to the Hemenway Launch Ramp area when the water level got too low to occupy their previous location in the northwest area of Boulder Basin.  This marina is very close to Boulder City, convenient for hotels, groceries, etc.  Hemenway launch has always been a good ramp, and now that a marina is right there for gas and slips, it's a preferred location for many to play.  Marina Info:  702-293-1191

Lake Mead Marina

Lake Mead Marina also had to relocate a few years ago due to low water conditions of the lake.  It's right next to Las Vegas Boat Harbor.  This is a popular marina to get a bite to eat, usually less crowded because there's not gas pump at this marina.  They also have a big screen TV in the restaurant to watch the ball game.
