Water temp this time of year is 75 to 80F. Air temps are 90 to 100F.

Turn-around day is Friday. Owners can load on Friday evening after 5pm and depart early Saturday morning (never navigate after 4pm), returning to Antelope the following Friday morning. The Antelope Marina crew cleans, pumps, and gases the boat from ~10am to 5pm. The turn fee for this work is $750 plus the cost of gas and propane used during your week. With average annual LLC dues at ~$1600 (see below), total cost for the week is ~ $2350 plus gas, food and drink. This is one of the best buys on the lake right now, you'd pay over $5000/wk for a rental this size during the prime month of July, and rental don't have as many amenities, like toy gas.

Maui is a 14� x 53� steel pontoon house boat built in 1986, and refurbished in 1999. It utilizes a series of pull outs with single and double bunks to sleep 12 (Max). MAUI is dry-docked at Antelope Marina during the off season and utilizes the turn-around facilities of Antelope during the summer boating season (June �September). Even when Castle rock cut is dry, Antelope is still able to provide house boat services. The houseboat can be presently viewed in the dry dock yard of Antelope marina.

Houseboat amenities include:

� 100 gallon fuel tanks for the two main Honda outboard engines. You get about a 70mi range per tank.

� 100 gallon fuel tanks for �toys�.

� Honda electric generator

� Water slide

� Refrigerator/freezer (110V home kitchen style, runs off an inverter)

� Large freezer (front deck, ~7cf, runs off generator ~6hr a day to stay frozen and keep batteries charged)

� XM Satellite radio, marine radio and depth finder.
